Can my child play with the figurine?
No. Please do not let children play with (or in any way unsupervised) with the figurines.
The figurines are fragile (especially at thinner points) and may break if not handled carefully.
The figurines are intended for display purposes only.
Most importantly to us, we want your children to be safe. If a child breaks off a piece of the figurine it could become a choking hazard, so please keep the figurine out of reach – to look at but not touch.
Can I turn other pictures into figurines / can I make figurines of things that are not kid's drawings?
You can get almost anything made, all we need is a picture. We can create a custom figurine of:
- Your family pet (dog, cat, horse, lizard…)
- Logos and other creative content
- Bobble heads / your face put on any body you want with any clothing you like – just send us a picture of your face and the body/clothing you want to have on the figurine with any instructions you have for us
- Any object you have a picture of that you want to turn into a lasting memory
If you are wondering if we can make your order, get in touch and let us know what you want – we’ll do our very best to make it for you.
We are a family friendly business, so we won’t print anything that wouldn’t be suitable for children.
How long does it take to get my order / how long does delivery take?
Around 6 weeks (usually – see COVID-19 update below).
It takes around four weeks to convert the drawing into a computer model then print and colour the item before checking the final product for quality.
After that we are in the hands of our shipping partner. Usually this takes around 2 weeks. We provide an estimated delivery date and a tracking number so you can keep on top of the progress of your order once it is shipped.
We will always try to beat that, but it’s better to under promise and over deliver!

Due to COVID-19 our shipping partners have implemented extra precautions in the handling of orders to ensure the safety of their employees and our customers.
COVID-19 has had a huge impact on the logistics sector. As a result we expect delivery to take longer than we would usually hope for. We will continue to work closely with our partners to minimise disruptions, however the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, partners, and community are, and always will be our top priority.
What are the figurines made out of?
The figurines are made from sandstone.
We chose this option over plastic due to the environmental impacts that plastic causes and to give the figurines a timeless feel.
Sandstone is tough but it can be fragile so please treat your creation with care.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes we do.
For orders outside of Australia, please contact us with your shipping address and we will let you know the cost. We make no margin on shipping costs.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Let us know asap (including a photo) and we’ll replace the figurine at no cost.
We do everything we can to make sure the products arrive to you in perfect condition, but packages in transit can experience a rough ride along the way.
If your product arrives damaged please notify us immediately (within two weeks of receipt) with a photograph showing the damaged product in the box as it arrived.
